Dr. Greg Sekowski is the founder
and President of HRSP. He
received his Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from
DePaul University. With over 20 years of experience in applied
research and consulting, Greg has consulted with Fortune 500 companies
on a variety of initiatives including coordinating job analysis
research and documentation; designing, implementing and validating
employee selection systems; and managing large-scale program evaluation
efforts. He has conducted competency analysis and constructed
competency models for a variety of clients, and has designed and
delivered employee training and development programs.
Greg
uses his communication and problem solving skills to perform customized
survey research of employee attitudes and facilitate the re-engineering
of employee staffing and training organizations. He has authored
a variety of papers and presentations on test validation, performance
appraisal, and training evaluation, one of which was awarded the
Outstanding Performance Aid Award from the International Society
for Performance and Instruction. He is an active member of the
Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the
Chicago Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.
